The asphalt circuit

Utilization schedule of the circuit :

from 9 : 00 Am to 12 : 00 Am and from 2 : 00 Pm to 6 : 00 Pm.

 *Price for 35 cars for more cars price more +30%

No ½ day on Saturday and Sunday

TARIFF INCLUDING :

• The hire of the asphalt circuit and the utilization of the different layouts.
• Access to fax and the photocopier.
• Cleaning circuit.

 OPTIONS

Hire of a workshop : open from 8 :00 Am to 7 : 00 Pm - Price 145 € duty-free a day.

• Workshop of 170 m2 (17 m X 10 m) which is warmed, with water laid on, electrcity (220 V, 380 V and international plugs), compressed air, pneumatic dismatling, assembly machines, fire extinguishers, worktables .

        Price: 33 € HT duty-free a day the box

Overtimes

• You can do overtimes if you ask.
• after 7pm the overtimes will be count   50 €  per hour duty-free.

 conference room :

reception room of 45 people     per day 165 € .

You can have hot or cold meals on the site with a C.E.E.R.T.A. recognised caterer from .).

Safety : an ambulance with 2 people    505 € duty-free a day.

All these options have to be indicated on the fax

Methods of payment : account of 660€ TTC when you book, and the rest of the sum when you will have the purshase or when you will receive it.

The reservation is définitive when we have the account

Reduction scale : For the companies which use the circuit many times during the calendar year.

• Discount of loyalty : (on calendar year)

• 3 days / year: 5%

• between 4 and 8 days : 10%

• beyond, 2% per day, with a maximum discount, can not exceed 30%

Cancelling costs : More than 40 days before the cancelling, there are no cancelling costs.

•     Before 30 days ,we keep 30 % from the given account.
•     Less than 30 days, total billing of services.

You have to cancel by fax or with a dated letter.

Damage : All the eventuel damages (markers, fences stakes, etc...)will have to be paid by the client.
